Notice Inviting Tender: -

The Centre is interested to invite proposals from firms dealing with the Office Stationeries / Electrical Goods / Hardware Items for day-to-day office work in connection with for registration of suppliers for purchase of the same. The supplier should quote the rates with validity upto 31^st March, 2011. The interested parties may send their proposals to the Director, Regional Medical Research Centre, N.E. •  Electrical items must be of ISI/ BIS marked

• Please quote on the top of the envelope ‘Quotation’ and Ref. No. of this letter. Only sealed quotations will be accepted.

• Please mention your TIN No. Quotations without Tin No. will be rejected.

• If discount is allowed on any item, pleas put the discounted rate.

• Please mention the VAT charge rate clearly for each & every item.

Notice Inviting Tender: -

Proposals from reputed Companies / Principals / Manufacturers, dealing with the chemicals / glass wares / plastic wares / different diagnostic kits etc. for biomedical research work are invited for registration of suppliers for purchase of the same on annual rate contract basis by the Director, Regional Medical Research Centre, N.E. Region (ICMR), Dibrugarh, Post Box No. 105 along with 3 copies of price list and product, names of the manufacture, their credential, manufacturing capabilities, quality control system, financial background etc. within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

* Important Notes:

• The Supplier must be a Manufacturer or the Indian Agent of any Foreign Manufacturer. Any Distributor of Indian Manufacturer cannot be considered to enter into the Rate-Contract directly. However, the Indian Principal firm can authorize any local dealer for supply their products.

• The Supplier must enclose their Authorization Certificate from the Principal with their proposal, in which the Validity of the authorization must be mentioned clearly. Otherwise, the proposal will not be selected.

• The Validity of Authorization Certificate must be at least upto 31.03.2011 (i.e., upto the Rate-Contract period)

• The firm must mention the Product Name/Names clearly on the Main Proposal Letter. The valid authorization certificate against each & every product must enclose along with the proposal.

• The firm must send 3 copies of the Company’s Price List along with their proposal.
